We ship your order as quickly as possible. Please be sure your order is correct BEFORE you submit your order. Once you submit your order, we cannot guarantee we will be able to cancel or make changes to your order. If your order has already been charged, you may be charged a 3% credit card fee if we are able to cancel your order before it ships. This is due to the card processing fee we are charged. If your order is already boxed and ready to ship at our warehouse, we will not be able to cancel or change the order. We will then have to issue you a Return Authorization.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt. You must contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number before you ship your merchandise back to us. Many products need to be shipped back directly to the manufacturer instead of to our warehouse. Also, we may be able to trouble-shoot any problems you are experiencing with your product. If no RMA is obtained, the return may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returns over $200 in merchandise will be assessed a 5% restocking fee if a debit or credit card was used on the original order.

Please include original product packaging, a copy of the invoice, and a note explaining why you are returning the product. We are not responsible for lost merchandise in the mail that has been sent back to us. We will refuse all COD's.
All products in non-saleable condition and all night vision products may be assessed a 25% restocking fee. Special orders, customer damaged items, closeouts, factory seconds and Airguns cannot be returned. DVD's, cd-roms and books can be exchanged for same title only. Exchanges are subject to normal shipping charges. Refunds and credits will be handled within 3-4 weeks.
After 30 days, the customer will need to contact the manufacturer directly to resolve any issues. Many times, the manufacturer will replace or repair the item free of charge.
Galati International ships all products either UPS Ground, Fed-Ex Ground or US Mail.
Hawaii, Alaska and other territories may require additional shipping and are shipped US mail. International orders require additional shipping and are shipped US Mail. Customers must approve any additional shipping charges before we will process the order.
Normal shipping rates are based on the total amount of your order, weight, size of box and final destination. However, due to constant pricing changes from shipping carriers, your shipping total is dependent on what is ordered, the box size, the delivery location and other factors. Shipping charges will reflect on your order. If we offer a Flat Rate Shipping option, then your order may be shipped through an economic means such as first class mail. You will be emailed the tracking number if an accurate email address is provided on your order.
Please note we ship Express Orders to the Bill To Address ONLY. All other orders we will ship to separate ship to addresses, but they must be on file with the card being used. We do this to protect our customers from fraudulent card usage, as well as ourselves.
If the shipping carrier delivers your order to you, we will not get a refund on shipping from that carrier. So, we cannot issue a refund on the shipping amount if you return an item. Also, if you return an item and the actual shipping cost was higher than what we charged you due to a shipping special, we will deduct the difference from the amount of your product return.
