Product Description
This drum is specially designed to function in MP5-style carbines and clones. This model includes a number of innovatiove features including unique coil geometry that allows for side-by-side staging of ammunition in a single-stack design as well as a tension-relief device that allows the X5 to function in fully automatic weapons with cyclic rates up to 900 RPM.
The streamlined design allows for zero separation of the ammunition during operation which prevents malfunctions and allows for an exceptionally compact profile. The X-5 holds 50 rounds of 9mm in a shorter and more compact manner than the standard 30 round magazine. Manufactured of the highest grade materials which give it unparalleled reliability and strength. The critical components of the mechanism are coated in Cerakote™ for friction reduction and proven reliability without the need for lubrication. Fully loaded weight: 2.5 lbs.
