Replacement Recoil Buffer for CETME.
Recoil buffers are an easy and inexpensive way to eliminate damage of critical components by preventing the metal to metal contact of the slide or breech block with the frame. Made from a high density polyurethane formulated for maximum shock-absorbing characteristics, the recoil buffer is a drop-in part. Remove the two pins that hold the buttstock in place, then remove the buttstock. Insert the recoil buffer into the rear of the receiver and reinstall the buttstock. No modification necessary. Installation instructions:
1. Make sure rifle is unloaded.
2. Remove buttstock assembly from weapon by removing the two pushpins in the front of the buttstock, slide buttstock rearward to remove.
3. Place the recoil buffer, flat side out, in the rear of the receiver.
4. Replace buttstock assembly and two pushpins.
