HOW LONG HAS GALATI INTERNATIONAL BEEN IN BUSINESS?
Galati International began in 1983 as a small mail-order business specializing in Rifle Cases and Shooter Bags. As our cases and bags began to gain national recognition, we started expanding our line of rifle and shooting accessories. Today Galati International carries thousands of different products for the shooting enthusiasts. The company is located near St. Louis Missouri.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
Shipping your order is a priority. Once your order is placed, we process your order and send it to our warehouse for shipping. We ship out either Fed-Ex or Priority Mail. You will receive an email with the tracking number once it is shipped. If an item does happen to become on back-order, we will notify you via either e-mail or telephone. Once we get the back-ordered item in stock, we will ship the item out to you with NO ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGE. (We do not ship ahead on back-orders when the item cost is less than $19.95. We will email you that your order is being held until the back-ordered item comes in stock.)
WHY DO I NEED TO PUT MY SHIP-TO ADDRESS ON FILE WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY?
To protect our customers and ourselves from credit card fraud, we require ship to addresses to be on file with your credit card company. If someone steals your credit card and knows your address, they could use that information to buy products and send them to a different address. Therefore, we verify every address. So, to protect our customers, we verify EVERY address that we ship to. To prevent fraud with our company as well as other companies, you should call your credit card company and give them any alternate shipping addresses. They will keep this information on file.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
We sell a lot of large items including rifle cases, mats and shooter bags. We send all large items Fed-Ex Ground. However, we send many of our smaller items Priority Mail. Once your order is shipped, we will email you the tracking number to the email address provided on your order.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt.
You must contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number before you ship your merchandise back to us.
Many products need to be shipped back directly to the manufacturer instead of to our warehouse. Also, we may be able to trouble-shoot any problems you are experiencing with your product. If no RMA is obtained, the return may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Please include original product packaging, a copy of the invoice, and a note explaining why you are returning the product. We are not responsible for lost merchandise in the mail that has been sent back to us. We will refuse all COD's.
All products in non-saleable condition and all night vision products may be assessed a 25% restocking fee. Special orders, customer damaged items and Gamo Airguns cannot be returned. Videos, dvd's, cd-roms and books can be exchanged for same title only. Exchanges are subject to normal shipping charges. Refunds and credits will be handled within 3-4 weeks.

Galati International ships all products either Fed-Ex Ground or Priority Mail. Our shipping rates apply to the 48 contiguous states.
Since we sell many rifle cases and other large dimensional items, we base our shipping on the sub-total of your order. Order sub-total is in black. Shipping amount is in red

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE 48 CONTIGUOUS STATES
Orders placed outside of the 48 contiguous states may require additional shipping depending on your location. Usually, Hawaii and Alaska shipping rates are the same unless larger items are purchased. If the rates are different, we will contact you to get approval for the additional shipping charge.
We no longer ship orders internationally except to our existing customers. All international orders that we do process will be charged a $10 fee upfront to cover additional customs paperwork, international banking fees and to verify the address of the credit card. This is in addition to regular shipping charges.

International Orders
Galati International does accept orders outside of North America. However, you must first obtain a quote to see if we can ship your order and to figure the shipping amount for your order.
Please understand there are some restricted items that we cannot ship outside of the United States. We cannot ship ammunition and magazines, laser sights, bipods, night vision, night sights or any gun parts including stocks. Other items, including scopes, mounts, knives, and pepper spray depend upon the country of destination.
All international orders must be over $100 in product and must be paid by wire transfer. A $15 processing fee will be applied to all international orders.
We ship international orders by USPS Priority Mail only.
If an item is confiscated by customs, we will not be able to offer a refund. We do not refund any shipping charges on returned items. All fees for customs are the responsibility of the customer.
