HOW
TO LOCATE PRODUCTS ONLINE
There are 4 ways to locate products online at Galati
International.
- Popular
Products
On the top header of every page, the top categories and top
products are shown for easy referral. You can drill down from
the top categories to find more specific categories.
- Search
By Category
Click on the Search By Category in the Pull-Down Menu on the
left column of the page. Categories are also listed on the bottom
of the main page.
- Search
By Keyword
If you want to find a particular product, simply type it into
our search engine to start a search in our product database.
If you already know the item number, try typing in the Item
Number. If you can't find what you are looking for, trying expanding
or narrowing your search. Also, try your search not using a
plural of the word, ex. "soft air gun" not "soft
air guns".

By Manufacturer
Click on the Search By Manufacturer in the Pull-Down Menu on
the left column of the page. Every manufacturer that Galati
International stocks is included.
HOW
LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
Each working day we download orders and send them
to our warehouse. So, all in stock items are shipped out the next
working day by either Fed-Ex or Priority Mail. If an item does
happen to be on back-order, we will notify you via either e-mail
or telephone, or write a note on the invoice when we ship ahead
your in-stock items. Once we get the back-ordered item in stock,
we will ship the item out to you with NO ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGE.
(We do not ship ahead on back-orders when the item cost is less
than $19.95. We will email you that your order is being held until
the back-ordered item comes in stock.)
WHY
DO I NEED TO PUT MY SHIP-TO ADDRESS ON FILE WITH MY CREDIT CARD
COMPANY?
We receive many fraudelant orders online. If someone
steals your credit card and knows your address, they could use
that information to buy products and send them to a different
address. Therefore, we verify every address. So, to protect our
customers, we verify EVERY address that we ship to. We will only
ship to addresses that are on file with your credit card company.
To prevent fraud with our company as well as other companies,
you should call your credit card company and give them any alternate
shipping addresses. They will keep this information on file.
HOW
DO I TRACK MY ORDER ONLINE?
We sell a lot of large items including rifle cases, mats and shooter bags. We send all large items Fed-Ex Ground. However,
we send many of our smaller orders Priority Mail. Since we do
not know which way we are shipping the items when you are placing
the order, we do not have any online tracking service currently
available. However, if you supply us with your e-mail address, we will e-mail you your tracking
number or delivery confirmation number.
If you have supplied us with a contact
email address, then you will receive an email ship notification
to the email address.
WHAT
IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you
may return it to us within 30 days of receipt.
- You
must call 1-800-444-2550 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization
Number before you ship your merchandise back to us.
Many products need to be shipped back directly to the manufacturer
instead of to our warehouse. We may also be able to trouble-shoot
any problems you are experiencing with your product.

Please include all original product packaging, a copy of the
invoice, and a note explaining why you are returning the product.
We are not responsible for lost merchandise in the mail hat
has been sent back to us. We will refuse all COD's.
Products
may be assessed a 25% restocking fee. All products in non-saleable
condition and all night vision products will be assessed a 25% restocking
fee. Special orders, customer damaged items and Gamo Airguns cannot
be returned. Videos, dvd's, cd-roms and books can be exchanged for
same title only. Exchanges are subject to a normal shipping charge. Refunds and credits will be handled within 3-4 weeks.
HOW LONG HAS GALATI INTERNATIONAL BEEN IN BUSINESS?
Galati International began in 1983 as a small mail-order business
specializing in Rifle Cases and Shooter Bags. As our cases and bags
began to gain national recognition, we started expanding our line
of rifle and shooting accessories. Today Galati International carries
thousands of different products for the shooting enthusiasts. The
company is located near St. Louis Missouri.

SHIPPING
Galati International ships all products either Fed-Ex Ground or
Priority Mail. Fed-Ex will not ship to APO or PO boxes. Our shipping
rates apply to the 48 contiguous states.
Since we sell many rifle cases and other large dimensional items,
we base our shipping on the sub-total of your order. Order sub-total
is in black. Shipping amount is in red.

EXPRESS
SHIPPING:
Currently, our internet site is not set-up to process Next-Day
or other express shipping methods. If you wish to place an order
requiring special shipping, you can call our order-center at 1-800-444-2550
to place your order M-F 8:00-6:00 CST.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE 48 CONTIGUOUS STATES
Orders placed outside of the 48 contiguous states may require
additional shipping depending on your location. Usually, Hawaii
and Alaska shipping rates are the same unless larger items are
purchased. If the rates are different, we will email or call you
to get approval for the additional shipping charge.
We no longer ship orders internationally except to our existing
customers. All international orders that we do process will be
charged a $10 fee upfront to cover additional customs paperwork,
international banking fees and to verify the address of the credit
card. This is in addition to regular shipping charges.
OVERSIZE SHIPPING
Oversize items require a different shipping charge since these
products require shipping boxes of at least 84". These boxes
are required to be shipped at a 30 lb rate. This rate applies
to the IN621 Swept Hilt Sword, IN620 Pappenheimer Sword, the MG42
Tripod, Resetting Target, two or more Rifle Cases over 44"
and/or any 3 rifle cases. A 70lb weight applies to the MG42 Field
Mount. Once you submit your order, we will figure any oversize
shipping depending on your zip-code and e-mail or call you with
the total cost of shipping. Once approved by the customer, we
will charge the credit card and send the order. We will not charge
your card until we get customer approval on shipping.

This is a SECURE site. All credit card information
sent between you and us is encrypted. Our server is completely secure.

All online orders MUST be processed using one of the following credit
cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover. To prevent
fraud, we do address verifications on all Online Orders.
ADDITIONAL PAYMENT OPTIONS
If you would like to call in your order to our order-center, you
can use our toll-free number: 1-800-444-2550. Please give your order
taker the source code of INTCALL to guarantee you receive the same
special pricing found on our website.
You can also mail in a check or money order/cashiers check. ALL
CHECKS WILL BE HELD FOR 21 WORKING DAYS TO GUARANTEE FUNDS ARE PRESENT.
