Marlin Fiberforce Stock Installation Instructions
Step 1: Begin by using a flathead screwdriver and unscrewing the (2) take-down screws from the underside of your Marlin.
Step 2: Next, lift the barreled action out of the old stock.
Step 3: Remove the trigger group retaining screws.
Note: Secure the flange nut while removing the screw. Lift the trigger group from the old stock. The flange nut must be inverted for use in the new stock
Step 4: For clip-fed rifles, remove the oval recessed area in the bottom of the stock, just forward of the trigger assembly opening. Stock material is easily removed with most common woodworking tools, drills, and files.
Step 5: Install the trigger assembly into the ATI Fiberforce stock, (the snug fit is intentional), and reinstall the flange nut and trigger retaining screw that was removed in Step 3.
Step 6: Next, install the upper handguard onto the barrel.
Step 7: With the handguard in place on the barreled action, align the front tabs of the stock to the front slot of the handguard. Continue to match tabs and slots until the top handguard sets with the stock and barrel assembly.
Step 8: Install and tighten the take-down screw that was removed in Step 1 using a flathead screwdriver.
Step 9: Install the front portion of the grip by sliding into place and then snapping the grip onto the Fiberforce stock handle.
Step 10: Install the cone-shaped #8/32 x 2” screw through the trigger assembly, because this screw passes through the hole in the rear of the trigger assembly, it may be necessary to loosen the front screw of the trigger assembly. Tighten with a phillips head screwdriver until snug.

B: Adhesive Pad Installation
Step 1: Begin by using the supplied alcohol swab to clean the cheek rest area on both sides of the stock.
Step 2: Wait 30 minutes until the alcohol is dried. Remove the backing from the adhesive pad and align the pad to the stock.
Step 3: Continue to align the pad to the stock. Keep slight tension on the pad and bring the pad around the surface of the stock.
Step 4: Use your thumb to remove any air bubbles in the pad and to firmly press and secure the adhesive pad onto the cheek rest.

C: Soft Touch Cheek Rest Pad Installation
Step 1: Begin by using the supplied alcohol swab to clean the cheek rest area on both sides of the stock.
Step 2: Wait 30 minutes until the alcohol is dried. Remove the backing from the adhesive pad and align the pad to the stock.
Step 3: Continue to align the pad to the stock. Keep slight tension on the pad and bring the pad around the surface of the stock.
