| The
SOG Trident uses the well-proven means of delivering a knife blade
to the open position with S.A.T., and with the patent pending Arc-ActuatorĄ,
the Trident locks stronger and releases easier. There is also a built-in
safety to lock the blade closed. What also makes the Trident so unique
is the patented Groove in the handle, which allows the operator to
cut paracord, fishing line, etcetera without having to open the blade.
The Trident's blade takes key elements from previous blade shapes
creating a distinct hybrid of form and function. The molded Zytel
handle is covered with a raised tactile patterning and scallops around
key areas of the perimeter. A bayonet style see-through clip is easily
switched for right/left hand carry or removed for pouch storage. Available
in Stainless or Tigerstripe blade.
