Since we sell many rifle cases and other large dimensional items, we base our shipping on the sub-total of your order. Order sub-total is in black. Shipping amount is in red

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE 48 CONTIGUOUS STATES
Orders placed outside of the 48 contiguous states may require additional shipping depending on your location. Usually, Hawaii and Alaska shipping rates are the same unless larger items are purchased. If the rates are different, we will contact you to get approval for the additional shipping charge.
DO I HAVE TO PAY SALES TAX?
We collect sales tax on all orders that ship to the state of Missouri.
DO YOU REFUND SHIPPING ON RETURNS?
If the shipping carrier delivers your order to you, we will not get a refund on shipping from that carrier. So, we cannot issue a refund on the shipping amount when you return an item. Also, if you return an item and the actual shipping cost was higher than what we charged you for shipping, we will deduct the difference from the amount of your product return.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
Shipping your order is a priority. Once your order is placed, we process your order and send it to our warehouse for shipping. We ship out either Fed-Ex or US Mail. You will receive an email with the tracking number once it is shipped. If an item does happen to become on back-order, we will notify you via either e-mail or telephone. Once we get the back-ordered item in stock, we will ship the item out to you with NO ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGE. (We do not ship ahead on back-orders when the item cost is less than $19.95. We will email you that your order is being held until the back-ordered item comes in stock.)
WHY DO I NEED TO PUT MY SHIP-TO ADDRESS ON FILE WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY?
To protect our customers and ourselves from credit card fraud, we require ship to addresses to be on file with your credit card company. If someone steals your credit card and knows your address, they could use that information to buy products and send them to a different address. Therefore, we verify every address. So, to protect our customers, we verify EVERY address that we ship to. To prevent fraud with our company as well as other companies, you should call your credit card company and give them any alternate shipping addresses. They will keep this information on file.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
We sell a lot of large items including rifle cases, mats and shooter bags. We send all large items Fed-Ex Ground. However, we send many of our smaller items Priority Mail. Once your order is shipped, we will email you the tracking number to the email address provided on your order.
All international orders must be over $100 in product and must be paid by wire transfer. A $15 processing fee will be applied to all international orders.
We ship international orders by USPS Priority Mail only.
If an item is confiscated by customs, we will not be able to offer a refund. We do not refund any shipping charges on returned items. All fees for customs are the responsibility of the customer.
