We try to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please be sure your order is correct BEFORE you submit your order. Once you submit your order, we cannot guarantee we will be able to cancel or make changes to your order. If your order has already been charged, you may be charged a 3% credit card fee if we are able to cancel your order before it ships. If your order is already boxed and ready to ship at our warehouse, we will not be able to cancel or change the order.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt.
You must contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number before you ship your merchandise back to us.
Many products need to be shipped back directly to the manufacturer instead of to our warehouse. Also, we may be able to trouble-shoot any problems you are experiencing with your product. If no RMA is obtained, the return may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Please include original product packaging, a copy of the invoice, and a note explaining why you are returning the product. We are not responsible for lost merchandise in the mail that has been sent back to us. We will refuse all COD's.
All products in non-saleable condition and all night vision products may be assessed a 25% restocking fee. Special orders, customer damaged items and Airguns cannot be returned. DVD's, cd-roms and books can be exchanged for same title only. Exchanges are subject to normal shipping charges. Refunds and credits will be handled within 3-4 weeks.
After 30 days, the customer will need to contact the manufacturer directly to resolve any issues. Many times, the manufacturer will replace or repair the item free of charge.
